Silver
This level is for swimmers who typically have had at least a year of experience on a swim team and usually range from 9 – 12 years old. They must be able to swim two consecutive lengths of the pool legally as well as demonstrate the concept of starts, turns and finishes. Swimmers will continue to improve technique on the 4 competitive strokes, build endurance and fine tune their starts and turns.
